Wedding Officiant
Professional Mobile wedding officiant services for table signings/sign & go (no-ceremony) for couples seeking legal marriage services ONLY. Elopement, intimate, vow renewals, prison and jail ceremonies, and simple small weddings (less than 30), but up to 50 guest.

With more than 30 years of professional experience in the healthcare field, and over 5 years of event coordination. Jabana brings a strong foundation of confidentiality, attention to detail, time management, communication, and compassionate service to every client interaction.

FAQs
Do you travel to clients?
Yes. We provide convenient mobile services, meeting clients where they are—including law offices, homes, workplaces, hospitals, nursing facilities, hospice settings, and other agreed-upon locations.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. After-hours and weekend appointments are available by request.
What documents can you notarize?
We notarize General Notary work (GNW), such as power of attorney, estate planning, apostille, school & college forms, travel consent forms, infertility & adoption documents, marital documents, divorce decree, affidavits, and other legally eligible documents.
Do you perform wedding ceremonies?
Yes. We offer mobile Wedding Officiant and Day-of Wedding Coordinator services throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Officiant services include Sign & Go, elopements, intimate ceremonies, vow renewals at an agreed-upon time and location. Prison and jail ceremonies (only facilities with 2hr travel time round trip).
Including convenient options for couples visiting Indianapolis who wish to marry at their downtown hotel or another selected local location.
Important: A valid Indiana marriage license must be presented at the time of service for all legal marriage ceremonies—no exceptions. Please see below link for detail information in how to obtain Indiana marriage license.
